Do you provide a cake?
No, we do not provide the cake. However, we have a bakery we recommend or you can get a wedding cake from any licensed bakery.

Will you hold a date for us?
Absolutely! We can put a hold on a date for 7 days. After 7 days a $1000 deposit is required to secure the date or we will release the hold to move forward.

What is required to book a date?
To book your event, we require a signed contract and a $1000.00 non-refundable down payment. Your down payment will be applied to your final bill. We accept cash, check or credit cards.

How long can we use the venue?
Your wedding is a 6 hour rental. Please talk to your event coordinator about what time you can arrive to use the Bridal Suite.

Can I have my ceremony at Pinecrest Golf Club?
Yes! We have an outdoor ceremony site. There is a $500.00 ceremony fee which includes; day of coordinator, arch, 100 white ceremony chairs, set up, take down & one hour rehearsal)

Do you have any food & beverage restrictions?
You are not allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. You are welcome to order off the restaurant menu to eat while you are using the bridal suite if you would like
